Is my company affected by the EU AI Act?
If your company uses, plans or develops AI systems, the EU AI Act applies. This includes using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools in everyday work. The AI Compliance Check shows concretely which obligations apply to you.
What's the difference between the two stages?
The AI Compliance Check gives you a clear overview: which AI systems you use, their risk class and what you need to do - for up to 3 AI systems. The result is a compact report with concrete recommendations. Implementation is then up to you. The AI Compliance Audit goes much further: we capture all AI systems, uncover shadow AI, create the mandatory documents per Art. 26 EU AI Act and deliver a full compliance roadmap. The Check is fully credited to the Audit, you never pay twice.
Can we start directly with the AI Compliance Audit?
Yes. Anyone who wants to dive deep can start with the Audit immediately. The AI Compliance Check is included and we run it fully as part of the Audit. It uncovers what was previously invisible: shadow AI, uncontrolled data flows, blind spots. We never start without knowing where you really stand.
What happens after the AI Compliance Audit?
After the Audit you have 90 days of platform access included. After that you can continue independently with the platform or engage NADOVO as an External AI Compliance Officer who takes over compliance permanently.
Can small companies with 10 to 20 employees ignore the EU AI Act?
No. The EU AI Act applies regardless of company size to anyone who operates or uses AI systems. Anyone using ChatGPT, Copilot or AI-supported HR tools has obligations. Small companies in particular underestimate this and are unprepared when customers, partners or authorities ask.
