Status quo

Does this sound familiar?

Everyone does their own thing. No one has the overview. Chaos. Loss of control. Unnecessary risks.

Fear of the unknown. What is allowed? What is not? You hesitate, others move ahead.

Day-to-day business runs on. No time to engage with AI in a structured way.

AI tools everywhere. No rules. No overview. In the end, you carry the responsibility.

Duplicate purchases. No clear decisions. A waste of time and money.

How we work

How we work

No buzzword bingo. No endless slides. Instead: Clear approach. Concrete results.

1

First: Clear roadmap

You always know where you stand, what comes next and why we do what we do.

2

Implementation over theory

We take on analysis, structure and documentation and bring the knowledge into the team.

3

Enablement over dependency

Our goal is not to keep you dependent, but to show you how to live AI safely on your own.

How we work

Where do you really stand?

What we deliberately do not do

Introduce AI in a way that it gets used, and does not have to be painfully fixed later.

No automations

We do not build automations. But we have partners who do.

01

No legal advice

We do not replace lawyers. We translate requirements into actionable structures and work practically, not in legal abstractions.

02

No fear marketing

We do not work with fear or pressure. No doom scenarios, no panic, but order, clarity and a calm start.

03

No one-off documents

We do not deliver one-off documents without impact. Our work should function in daily operations, not gather dust in a folder.

04

Why now?

Why you should start now

Introduce AI in a way that it gets used, and does not have to be painfully fixed later.

AI is already in use.

Those who start in a structured way now gain clarity and speed.

Cleaning up later is more effort.

Creating order now saves time, money and nerves.

Dealing with AI is not a one-off project.

We show you how to integrate AI sustainably and keep it alive.

FAQ

Common uncertainties - calmly answered

Does the EU AI Act apply to us at all?
In most cases, yes. You are affected as soon as AI is used in your company. This applies not only to your own AI developments, but also to the use of external systems. Examples: use of ChatGPT, use of Microsoft Copilot, AI features in CRM or HR systems, automations with integrated AI, AI-supported analysis or decision tools. Even if the AI runs only in the background or is provided by a third party, you remain responsible for its use in your company. What matters is not whether you developed the AI yourself. What matters is whether it is used in your processes.
What is the concrete benefit of AI governance?
AI governance does not only protect against risks. It creates the foundation to use AI sustainably and profitably in the company.
Is AI governance only a compliance topic?
No. AI governance does not only mean meeting legal requirements. It ensures that AI is used in an orderly, responsible and strategic way in the company. Without governance, what often happens: AI is used by individual employees, there are no clear rules, no one is officially responsible, risks are not assessed, decisions are not documented. With governance: it is clear who decides, AI systems are reviewed before use, risks are assessed and documented, management knows what is being used in the company, AI can be developed in a structured and safe way. Compliance is therefore only one part of it. Governance is the framework that makes AI sustainable in the long term.
When should we act?
As soon as AI is more than a test in the company. When employees use tools like ChatGPT or Copilot regularly, when AI automates processes or prepares decisions, then it concerns organization, responsibility and risk. At the latest, you should act when: several AI tools are in use, AI affects productive business processes, customer data is processed, AI is integrated into products or services. The longer AI grows without a clear structure, the more complex and expensive later correction becomes. Early defined governance creates order before risks, duplicate structures and liability questions take hold.
Is this not just bureaucracy?
No. Structured AI governance creates clear responsibilities, speeds up decision-making and reduces risks. It is not an obstacle to innovation, but its safeguard.
